1. acceptance of terms
by accessing or interacting with the service (including adding our software to a server or web platform), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. if you do not agree, you must cease using the service immediately.

we provide an interactive artificial intelligence chatbot and platform interface designed to provide access to such services that include (and are not limited to): text chat, image interpretation, advanced interacion and more.
3. user conduct & acceptable use
you agree not to use the service to:
- violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.
- generate, post, or transmit content that constitutes illegal activity, severe harassment, targeted hate speech, or explicit non-consensual imagery.
- attempt to bypass, compromise, or exploit security controls, system filters, or architectural boundaries.
- abuse, spam, or flood the api endpoints or servers with excessive requests intended to disrupt service availability.
4. age restriction & nsfw content
age requirement: certain interactions, direct messages, or designated channels involving ivy contain unfiltered, mature, or safe-for-work-unrestricted (nsfw) content. you must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to access or interact with adult or unfiltered features of the service.
content acknowledgment: by accessing nsfw-designated channels or direct messages, you explicitly acknowledge and consent to encountering explicit, mature, or adult language and themes generated by the AI model. if you are under 18 or do not wish to view adult material, you must restrict your use to standard sfw channels.
5. intellectual property & user input
your inputs: you retain all ownership rights to the prompts, text, images, and data you submit to the service ("user content").
service outputs: subject to your compliance with these terms, you are granted a non-exclusive, world-wide license to use, reproduce, and display the output generated by the service for personal or commercial purposes.
6. ai limitations & disclaimers
output accuracy: responses generated by artificial intelligence models are dynamic and probabilistic. we do not guarantee the factual accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any output generated by the service.
no professional advice: outputs provided by the service should not be construed as legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.
7. service availability & modification
we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access to the service (or any portion thereof) at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or for system maintenance.
8. limitation of liability
to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the service.
